Filing its third ITC complaint against HTC prior to now 36 months, Apple says the merchant remains to be in violation of the same patents that led to the latest import ban inside the HTC One X and Evo 4G LTE, says Foss Patents' Florian Mueller.
In reaction to the ban, HTC declared it worked around Apple's U.S. Patent No. 5,946,647. Using this method, the ban was lifted, allowing the 2 main major HTC smartphones passing U.S. Customs.
But Apple says no, aruging that HTC will continue to Wholesale nexus 4 case infringe over a patent viewing. So ,, Apple wants the ITC to act immediately to clamp upon further infringements. Inside complaint, though, Apple is citing even more phones than only the HTC One X and Evo 4G LTE.

After initially ruling within the matter last December, the ITC granted HTC four months to its devices to my workplace past Apple's patent, based on Mueller.
But Apple believes HTC's "workarounds" continually violate the so-called "data tapping" patent.
